In the state of Virginia the current Attorney General is well known for not really liking homos very much. He is, after all, an officially endorsed member of the Party of Jesus, so naturally he would be intolerant.

During his campaign he let everyone know exactly how much he believed in being tolerant of diversity.

"My view is that homosexual acts, not homosexuality, but homosexual acts are wrong. They’re intrinsically wrong. And I think in a natural law based country it’s appropriate to have policies that reflect that. ... They don’t comport with natural law. I happen to think that it represents (to put it politely; I need my thesaurus to be polite) behavior that is not healthy to an individual and in aggregate is not healthy to society."

So you can see why he is in good standing in the official political party of Jesus H. Christ.

Considering this background information it should come as no surprise that this week the Attorney General of Virginia issued a request to the public colleges and universities in Virginia to abandon their shameful policies promoting tolerance and display True Christian Family Values™ by repealing any and all policies that protect gay and lesbian citizens from discrimination.

"It is my advice that the law and public policy of the Commonwealth of Virginia prohibit a college or university from including 'sexual orientation,' 'gender identity,' 'gender expression,' or like classification as a protected class within its non-discrimination policy absent specific authorization from the General Assembly,".

Colleges that have included such language in their policies -- which include all of Virginia's leading schools -- have done so "without proper authority" and should "take appropriate actions to bring their policies in conformance with the law and public policy of Virginia," Cuccinelli wrote.

So since the state legislature of Virginia, well known for its hostility to lovers, has never passed a bill forbidding anti-gay job discrimination it is apparently the responsibility of all state agencies to remain open to the Christian concept of anti-gay bigotry.

Look what happens when you elect right wing hatemongers (Party of Jesus) to be your Attorney General. They take action to protect the Sanctity of Bigotry.

In a petulant rant that seems to demand that the Sanctity of Bigotry rule over the laws of the United Kingdom, the CEO of the world's most evil Nation/Church complained that granting equal justice under the law to gay and lesbian people interferes with the ability of religious corporations to impose their sacred homophobia on rational human beings.

The Holy Roman Catholic Corporation has a long history of protecting and preserving bigotry and injustice. For hundreds of years they maintained rules on how slaves must obey their owners. When they were lucky enough to have the apparatus of the state under their control they tortured people suspected of mot being members of their stoopit club, laying down the groundwork for the existence of Dick Cheney.

The Sanctity of Bigotry is an important component of Catholic corporate policy. According to their 13th century mindset, every sperm is sacred, and each sperm must be given an equal opportunity to impregnate a submissive wife who is obediently serving her husband. Homosexual activity is considered sinful since it is extremely likely to result in wasted seed that can not produce new, virgin altar boys.

Them were the days, when the Church could legally dictate who could have sex, with whom they could have it, and who must submit to the will of the husband that owns her. Women were property, so a virgin female had a much greater value.

No doubt Ex-Nazi Ratzi would love to bring back those idealistic long ago days of torture for sinners, or at least let his employees function as the sex police.

A jury of human beings has found the fundamentalist Christian terrorist Scott Roeder guilty of first degree murder. The jury found that the Jeebustard assasin pre-meditated his crime against an unarmed citizen. Roeder committed his murder in a Jeebus church in the name of Jeebus because he knows Jeebus approves of fundamentalist wingnuts committing murder.

With Jeebus it's all about the cold blooded murder of unarmed people in a church. At the sermon on the mount Jeebus himself said "Blessed are the terr'ists, for they shall receive virgins."

In the small town of Poteau Oklahoma we have a very good example of the struggle by persons equating patriotism with religious delusions to overcome the US Constitution while getting teary eyed about their support for the US Constitution.

“We ran into opposition in reference to putting the 10 Commandments on the courthouse lawn,” stated Horsley. “There were letters in the paper that were openly opposing the creation of the monument, but I didn't read them, I don't read what the devil writes.”
During the opposition, Horsley stated, the veterans stayed strong referring to their oath they took when enlisting in the military to uphold the Constitution of America.

The Disabled American Veterans in Poteau are sponsoring a Ten Commandments monument that they wish to display on the LeFlore County courthouse lawn. While persons not afflicted with Jeebus-brand religious delusions are opposing a similar monument in another Oklahoma county the Poteau monument has been temporarily located on the lawn of a bank. The bank is not named the First National Bank of Jeebus.

It seems doubly ironic that an effort to defeat the First Amendment should be promoted by men who nearly cry when they think about how much they love the Constitution of the United States of America. Clearly their understanding of the Constitution is as weak as their factual knowledge about the religious delusions they are promoting.

Since the Ten Commandments appear in the Jeebus-brand Bible they are clearly and undeniably an icon of the Jeebus-brand suite of religious delusions. While the commandments form a component of many different sub-cults of Christianity, they are a religious symbol. DUH!

What part of 'keep your stupid religious delusions out of my government' do these people not quite get?

In a mind numbing display of hypocrisy that could not have been possible without involving religious delusions, a Jeebus preacher has reposted the Ten Commandments in a Kentucky County courthouse following a Federal Appeals Court ruling that it is not a religious display. While putting the not religious display back in the public courthouse building the Rev. Chester Shartzer sang God's praises and talked of restoring his place in American government.

But of course if a plaque displaying the Ten Commandments is not a religious display, as the lying hypocrite county official claimed, then putting back the display does nothing to restore theocracy in this country, but if the Ten Commandments are in fact a religious symbol and putting them on display restores Fundamentalist Christianity to supreme power over all, then the county officials are a bunch of lying bastards and are guilty of perjury in a Federal court for claiming it was not a religious display.

Either it IS a religious display, and therefore it may not be supported by the government and it does demonstrate the supremacy of Jeebus-brand Fundamentalism over sanity or other brands of religious delusions, or it IS NOT a religious display and these Jeebustards have nothing but a pyrrhic victory because they have emasculated Jeebus with their lies and deceit.
